How To Make Custard Powder At Home

HOW TO MAKE CUSTARD  POWDER AT HOME

INGREDIENTS:

 4 cups of corn starch flour

1tbsp banana flavour

1tbsp vanilla flavour

1tsp sugar

1/3 tsp salt ( optional)

4 egg York ( the yellow) or 4tbsp egg York powder

- Add corn starch flour in a bowl.

- Add banana flavour and vanilla flavour.

- Add sugar and salt.

- Add egg yolk and mix all properly.

-  Pour in a flat wide big tray, allow to dry , sieve and scoop into a dry container and cover.

NOTE: preservatives is sold at bakery shops and if you want to use eggs boil,cut into pieces and dry under room temperature
