THIS ARE THINGS NEEDED TO PRODUCE INSENT KILLER (OTAPIAPIA)
(1) DDVP I LITTER (E.G NO PEST INSECTICIDE)
(2) INDUSTRIAL CAMFOR (OFF WHITE)
(3) FORMALIN ½ LITRE
(4) IPA ½ LITER
(5) KEROSINE 30 LITRES
(6) OIL COLOUR TO YOUR TASTE
(7) ELECAPTOR ½ LITRE
PROCESS OF PRODUCING INSECT KILLER (OTAPIPIA)
(1) POUR KEROSENE INTO A BIG BOWL DEPENDING ON HOW MANY LITER OF KEROSENE YOU WANT TO PRODUCE FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU WANT TO PRODUCE WITH 30 LITERS OF KEROSENE.
(2) ADD DEPENDING ON YOUR CHOICE OF PRODUCTION ONE OR ONE AND HALF LITERS OF DDVP (FOR EXAMPLE NO PEST INSECTICIDE) INTO THE BIG BOWL THAT YOU HAVE YOUR 30 LITERS OF KEROSENE AND MIX BOTH TOGETHER VERY WELL.
(3) THEN YOU SHOULD ADD 10 -15 TEA SPOON OF CAMPHOR INTO THE SOLUTION IN THE BIG BOWL AND STIR PROPERLY .
(4) THEN ADD HALF LITER OF IPA AND MIX TOGETHER.
(5) THEN YOU SHOULD ADD ELECAPTOR TO THE SOLUTION AND MIX THE SOLUTION TOGETHER PROPERLY
(6) AND LASTLY ADD FORMALIN AND MIX ALL TOGETHER VERY WELL.

ReplyDeleteif you are producing in small quantity to sell to people around you in your neighborhood you dont need nafdac no but if you want to sell in bulk and supply people every where you should try get a nefdac no so that you would not have problem selling this product.
is formalin compulsory , can I use salt for the preservatives instead of formalin
ReplyDeleteNot that formalin is compulsory if you like you use it if you dont like you dont use it ,it is just a preservative .Do not use salt at all use formallin if you want to use preservative and if you dont want to use preservative dont use.

ReplyDeleteyour production depend on the liters of kerosene you want to produce and a liter of kerosene cost like 200 naira and for the remaining chemicals you can buy in bit let say if you are with two thousand you will get all that ,for the cans you buy according to size and there prices varies if you want to get all this information's go to ojota , ikotun or iyana iba any where you are close to and get information about prices.

DeleteSir does IPA necessary have stated the product since 2weeks sir but due to level of price in my community I can sell than 50naira sir and I detect after purchasing the bottle which is cost 15per one at the cost of 180 per dozen......at the end if the day sir my left gain might not up to 800 naira on the production cost if about 5000 please what's your advice on this sir

ReplyDeleteYes some people use water ,but if use kerosine it would be more effective than water but it is costly than using kerosine and when you use kerosine it will go beyond killing insects alone

ReplyDeleteMake u sue IPA so that your mixture will cluster together to get a good result ,you can use ddvp only if you like but if you want your insecticide to be more effective and stand out among the rest add elecaptor
